1. Nature of Our Services

Anexg Tech is a 100% digital, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We provide access to our WhatsApp Business API platform, chatbot builder, campaign management tools, and analytics dashboard entirely via the internet. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods.

Since our products are digital in nature, the concepts of "shipping" and "delivery" as applicable to physical goods do not apply in the traditional sense. This policy outlines how access to our services is granted and delivered to subscribers.

2. Service Delivery – How It Works

2.1 Instant Digital Delivery

Upon successful completion of payment for any Anexg Tech subscription plan, your service is activated instantaneously. The delivery of our service includes:

  • Account Activation: Your Anexg Tech dashboard becomes active within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.
  • Confirmation Email: A welcome email with your login credentials (if new user) and subscription details is sent to your registered email address within 5–10 minutes.
  • API Credentials: Your API key and WhatsApp instance credentials are made available immediately in your dashboard under Settings → API Keys.
  • Feature Access: All features included in your selected plan are unlocked and accessible from your dashboard immediately after activation.

2.2 Delivery Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation and tax invoice via email within 15 minutes of successful payment. This email serves as your delivery receipt for the digital service purchased.

4. Payment Confirmation & Processing

All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway partners. Payment is accepted via:

  • Credit Card / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Net Banking
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI)
  • Bank Transfer (for annual plans)

Once payment is verified and confirmed by our payment gateway, service delivery is initiated automatically. In rare cases where payment confirmation is delayed (typically due to bank processing), service activation may take up to 30 minutes. If your account is not activated within this timeframe, please contact us immediately.

5. Service Accessibility Requirements

To access Anexg Tech's platform and use the delivered services, you will need:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge – latest versions recommended)
  • A valid WhatsApp Business Number that is not already linked to WhatsApp Web or another API provider
  • An active Indian or international mobile number for WhatsApp registration

Technical requirements and system compatibility are the responsibility of the subscriber. Ansave Tech is not liable for access issues arising from the user's network, device, or browser configuration.

6. Delayed Delivery & Support

If you do not receive your account activation email within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please:

  1. Check your spam/junk email folder for the activation email from no-reply@anexgtech.com
  2. Verify that your payment was successfully deducted by checking your bank statement
  3. Contact our support team at info@anexgtech.com with your payment receipt

Our support team will resolve any delivery issues within 2 business hours during operational hours (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–7 PM IST).

7. No Physical Shipping

Anexg Tech does not ship any physical products, hardware, or software packages. All services, licenses, credentials, and documentation are delivered digitally via email and/or the online dashboard. As such, no shipping charges are applicable to any of our products.
